Guarantee/Cancellation
All menus are requested to be finalized a minimum of two weeks prior to your function. Final guest counts must be given 7 days prior to scheduled events. This number may be increased but not decreased. Cancellation of contracted services will be subject to fees equaling a percentage of the estimated food and beverage revenue.
Deposits
A deposit of $300.00 is required to book an event. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the event more than 60 days prior to the event.
Taxes and Service Charges
All foods, rentals, and services provided are subject to 8% Minnesota state and local sales tax. Sales of meals to non-profit organizations and government units and their employees or representatives are taxable. Gratuity not included. A delivery, equipment and service charge will be billed commensurate with event.
